Pastor Tunde Bakare, founder of Latter Rain Assembly on Monday said that Kaduna state Governor, Nasir El-Rufai will fulfill his promises to the people of the state.
According to CHANNELS TV, speaking during a visit to the Governor's office Bakare described El-Rufai, as a blessing to the people of the state and Nigeria, saying he is someone that has the potentials of transforming the state.
He called on citizens of the state to support the governor in his bid to make Kaduna ''great again''.
