A report by DAILY MAIL UK claims that President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, 'skins enemies alive and eats their testicles and livers'.
The media house reports that Mbasogo who has ruled his country since 1979 has been accused of cannibalism by his political opponents.
One rival, Severo Moto, recalled how Obiang had 'just devoured a political commissioner...I say devoured because this commissioner was buried without the testicles and the brain.'
'[He] wants me to go back to Guinea ... [so he can] eat my testicles.'
