This has got to be embarrassing on many levels.
Apparently scientists were trying to establish the difference in outlook between the views of men in their 20s who had never been exposed to pornography as against those of the, well, regular people.
Unfortunately, the project couldn't be completed because, well, scientists failed to find a single man who had never seen porn.
Professor Simon Louis Lajeunesse said: “we started our research seeking men in their 20s who had never consumed pornography.
“We couldn't find any.”
Since the project couldn't be completed, the scientists had to tweak their research: they studied the men who used pornography, which is to say, they studied all the men they could find.
The research showed that men, on average, first used porn at about 10 years of age.
