Former Minister for Education and a prominent face of the #BringBackOurGirls group, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili has reportedly described President Goodluck Jonathan's order for the removal of the offensive #BringBackJonathan signs as deceitful and callous.
According to her, Jonathan cannot claim ignorance of the hashtag as it was allegedly started by his aide, Dr. Doyin Okupe.
"My dad taught us that sometimes we must allow foolish people assume we are foolish. But not always, lest they began to assume they are wise." she tweeted.
It will be recalled that the president on Wednesday morning ordered the removal of the signs and banners which he described as offensive and repugnant, claiming ignorance of the action by his supporters.
