World Former Panama Dictator 'Manuel Noriega' Is Dead

Manuel Noriega, former Panamanian dictator is dead.



Panama President, Jose Varela, announced the death this morning.

“The death of Manuel A. Noriega closes a chapter in our history; his daughters and their families deserves to bury him in peace,” Mr Varela tweeted.

Noriega was aged 83 at the time of his death.
