A subsidiary of the NNPC, the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company, (PPMC) has sent out a message to Nigerians as regards the fuel scarcity currently being experienced in some regions of the country.
The company has urged Nigerians to be on the lookout for sharp practices among petrol stations and report to it. It also urged Nigerians not to buy petroleum products in panic.
