Ghana impounds ship carrying cocaine worth $50 million -AFP

Ghanaian authorities have impounded a South American ship carrying 400 kilogrammes (880 pounds) of cocaine and arrested its crew, the nation's anti-narcotics agency said Thursday.

"It has a street value of about US$50 million," said the statement by the Narcotics Control Board (NACOB) seen by AFP.
