It's Christmas already for Globacom. The indigenous Nigerian telecoms company has introduced a new mouth-watering data booster plan, which many will find agreeable.
By dialing *777# and selecting “data booster” under buy data, one can get an additional 300MB for N200 or 1GB for just N500. This is officially the cheapest data could get in the country.
However, there's a catch: one must be on a certain data plan in order to activate the feature. One can buy as many additional data packs one deem fit but one can only buy them within the validity period of one's original data plan.
The data booster feature is only available for Glo’s monthly data plans.
In addition, Glo also introduced 2 new volume data plans. There’s a weekend plan (*127*61#) that gives 3GB for just N500 and a night plan (*127*60#) gives you 1GB for a single night’s usage at N200.
