The official residence of the Gombe state governor has been bombed.
According to Sahara Reporters, the building which is governor Ibrahim Dakwambo private house which also serves as the Governor's official residence was bombed this afternoon. Reports claim that a Police Armored Personnel Carrier that was stationed in front of his house was the target in the bomb blast.
The bombing is said to have also touched-off multiple explosions and had rocked the district where the governor resides.
The Gombe state liason office in Abuja allegedly confirmed news concerning the blast to Sahara Reporters.
