The duo of the chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof Atahiru Jega and the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Dikko Abubakar yesterday reeled out what seemed like a riot act to people of Anambra State over their expected conduct in the Saturday governorship election.
Both men who spoke at a stakeholders meeting of Anambra people with the Chairman of INEC, which said that all persons are expected to conduct themselves in proper manner and avoid acts that are capable of causing breech in the electoral process.
