Metro High Court Judge, Justice Bashir Sukola Dies

A judge in the Kaduna State High Court, Justice Bashir Sukola, has passed away and has already been laid to eternal rest according to Muslim tradition.

Earlier this month, Justice Sukola had ordered the remand of a reporter with Vanguard newspaper, Mr. Luka Binniyat, to Kaduna Maximum prison over allegation of false publication against Governor Nasir el-Rufai and his government.
