Democratic Party, on Monday, dragged the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal and others before the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, seeking to restrain the House of Representatives from altering the composition of its leadership.
The court has, however, fixed January 20 for hearing in the matter.
