Former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Alhaji Bamangar Turkur has offered suggestions on how to tackle the menace of Boko Haram ravaging the Northeast part of the country, saying “We must create defence, create dialogue and use diplomacy in handling the insurgents.
Speaking in Abuja on Tuesday when the Niger Delta PDP Youth Movement paid him a courtesy call at his residence in Abuja, Tukur who is now the Chairman of the Nigeria Railway Corporation said that the Boko Haram crisis demands careful handling considering that the insurgents kill without mercy and also take their lives without regard.
