Following information of ongoing fake recruitment into the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), has advised Nigerians not to fall victim of the criminals.
A statement by the Commission said applicants should always disregard priced slots in any government organisation as such exercises are always found to be fake and an attempt to defraud unsuspecting individuals.
“ICPC has received numerous petitions relating to an ongoing internet scam wherein gullible applicants are paying money for recruitment and bogus interviews into Nigeria Customs Service, it said.
