The Presidential Committee on North East Initiative (PCNI) has admitted that inadequate funds have hindered the repatriation of about 60,000 Nigerian refugees from Cameroon. Vice Chairman of PCNI, Tijjani Tumsah, stated this on Monday in Abuja when he appeared before the Senate Committee on Special Duties
