The Indigenous People of Biafra on Thursday, August 11, said 20 of its members detained by security agencies have been released

The IPOB members released include:

John Onyebuchi ‘M’, 52;

Joseph Okorie ‘M’ ,25;

Ikechukwu Obi ‘M’, 35;

Ifeanyi Okike ‘M’, 65;

Ani Chimezie ‘M’, 62;

Emeka Ezeugo ‘M’, 30;

Chibuzo Okpara ‘F’, 40;

Donatus Okeke ‘M’, 36;

Okechukwu Nnebennum ‘M’, 34 and

Jude Aniche ‘M’, 48.

Amos Nkemjika Ezekiel ‘M’, 43;

Ngozi Onuora ‘F’, 30;

Goodness Emeka ‘F’, 25;

Nene Ekwueme ‘F’, 52;

Emma in a statement sent to NAIJ said the members were arrested by several security agencies during one of their prayer sessions in Aba on February 2 and commended the attorney general of the federation for releasing these members arrested by various security agencies.
