According to CNN, Iran's second space monkey has returned home safe and sound. This represents good success for the nation's plans toward sending humans into space.

A tweet by Hassan Rouhani, Iranian President read, "In total, this is the 2nd monkey sent into space & returned in perfect health to #Iran. I congratulate the Leader, scientists & the nation".

The monkey, named Fargam, was launched 75 miles (120 kilometers) up into space and back in the 15-minute mission. Iran made a similar announcement in January, saying then that it had launched the first monkey into space, strapped snugly into a rocket, and returned it safely to Earth.

The United States is however skeptical of Iran's claims.

There are people who are still skeptical about America's claims about its own human moon landing in 1969.

Still, if Iran really launched the monkey as they claim, there should be video evidence, right?
