WITH political activities set to gather momentum, President Goodluck Jonathan Wednesday appealed to Nigerian politicians to guard against utterances that were capable of disuniting, rather they should towards building a united bad virile nation, using all available opportunities.
Jonathan also called for the return of the era of discipline in the civil service, as well as strict guidance to merit as the basis for appointment into civil service. This is with a view to promoting efficiency and dedication to work. He believedthat the absence of discipline in the civil services was the major factor that had engendered rot in the system.
