President Goodluck Jonathan did not deliberately refuse to visit the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Odulana Odugade, during his tour to some prominent Southwest monarch’s last weekend, the Presidency explained on Thursday.
The Olubadan-in-council had on Wednesday expressed reservations that the President passed through Ibadan to visit the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, without visiting the Olubadan.
