The Kenyan Police in Mombasa have arrested two people who were driving a car with improvised bombs hidden in it.
The suspects, one of which is Kenyan, the other Somalian, were planning to attack a target as yet unspecified, BBC reports.
The police made the arrest with the help of a tip off.
