Former governor of Kano State, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, yesterday accused the state governor, Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, of trying to manipulate the state’s Independent Electoral Commission (KANSIEC) to favour the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming local government elections.
KANSIEC has fixed the state’s local government elections for May 17 this year.
