Evans Medical Plc has announed the resingation of Lawrence F. Anga as director from the Board of the company with effect from October 20, 2017.
His resignation is coming after Skye Bank Nigeria Plc and First Bank of Nigeria took over the company's asset due to loan default
The company in a statement signed by Cautious Services Limited, Company secretary, Adesua Akintemi, said Anga's resignation will be presented to Board at the company's next Board of Directors meeting for acceptance.
