According to business news site, Nairametrics, the Central Bank of Nigeria might devalue the naira by early 2016 because of the following reasons:
1. Falling external reserves
2. Pressure from local and foreign investors
3. The increasing gap between the naira's value on the official and parallel market
It is expected that the naira will be devalued by 10 to 20 percent.
