The management of #Malabu Oil and Gas Ltd has dragged Nigeria's House of Representatives, its Speaker, Clerk, members of the Ad-hoc committee on the transaction involving the Federal Government and Shell/Agip companies and Malabu Oil and Gas in respect of Oil Block OPL 245; and the Attorney General of the Federation before the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
However, Monday’s sitting on the matter could not proceed as the presiding judge, Justice Ahmed Mohammed had to grant the application of Mahmoud Magaji (SAN) for adjournment to enable the two counsels who announced appearance for the plaintiff to put their house in order.
