An Abuja-based owner of Hilton Clean Barbers identified as Alfred Umoh, has taken to the social media platform, Facebook to send an interesting proposal to President Muhamamdu Buhari.

Writing on his Facebook page, the young man said that rather than the president spend the budgeted N86million on haircuts, he is willing to give him free hair cuts for the whole year. ..
