Sports Manu Garba names 25 players for AYC qualifiers

Ahead of next weekend's African Youth Championship (AYC) qualifiers against Lesotho,coach Manu Garba has released a 25-man list for the game.

Coach Garba named two foreign based players for the match,as they are the only available ones,while 23 of the players are from local clubs.

Most of the foreign based players are trying to secure deals with clubs before the start of a new season in Europe,which has ruled them out of contention in the game.

For example,goalkeeper Dele Alampasu is believed to be on his way to securing a transfer move to Belgian club,Genk.

Next weekend's game will be played at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna on Saturday 16th.
