Sports Michael Babatunde confident he'll return to action in one week

Super Eagles midfielder Michael Babatunde is set to return to action for his club after recovering from an injury he sustained at the World Cup while playing for the Super Eagles .

Babatunde had surgery on his wrist after being struck by the Ogenyi Onazi's long range shot in the game against Argentina.

The Volyn Lutsk player teamed up with his teammates and has expressed his optimism that he will be fit and ready to play in a week's time.

“I’ve started training and I think in one week I can start playing," Babatunde told KickOffNigeria.com.

Babatunde was a surprise inclusion in the Nigerian team that played at World Cup,but he justified his selection in the games he played,shining particularly in the game against Bosnia which the Super Eagles won 1-0.
