Metro Mikel Obi Allegedly Duped by Friend over N100m Nigerian Property Deal

Top Nigerian footballer, Mikel Obi has been allegedly duped by a close friend after he was shown a property for sale.

Ladun Liadi reports that after inspecting the property and apparently satisfied with it, Mikel Obi gave his friend a N100m cheque to pay for the property. Once his friend cleared the money, as the story goes, he disappeared and Mikel is yet to hear from him.

Ladun’s sources say that Mikel and his friend were quite close and that Mikel has been too busy to come to Nigeria to report the case to the Nigerian police.
