National chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, has asked Nasarawa State governor, Umar Tanko Al-Makura, to learn from the humiliation of the defeat his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) suffered in the last local government elections in his state and join the PDP.
PDP won many of the local government which results have so far been declared in the last LG elections in Nasarawa State.
Mu’azu who made the call at the Presidential Villa in Abuja when a PDP delegation from the North-Central geo-political zone paid a solidarity visit to President Goodluck Jonathan, also called on all the party’s defectors to return, saying there is no shame in doing so.
