A chieftain of the defunct ACN in Nasarawa State, and the 2011 candidate for Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency, Omar Nurudeen, today kicked at what he called “lopsided composition” of the State Harmonization Committee (SHC), and blamed the development on Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura whom he accused of running the new party like his personal estate.
Nurudeen said of the over 30 members of the committee, with membership including the governor, not a member of the ACN made it to the list, just as he expressed worries that of the three politicians selected across the three senatorial zones to manage the affairs of the SHC as chairman, secretary and treasurer, not a single ACN member made the list.
