Lawmakers in the Nasarawa state house of Assembly have reportedly frozen all the state's bank account; 247U Reports.
The freezing of the account is expected to frustrate embattled Governor Umar Al-Makura dry as unknown sources claim he has been making massive withdrawals since his impeachment saga began.
An anonymous source pointed out some of the withdrawals. According to the source the Secretary to State Government of withdrew N250million for the setting up of a panel to prosecute the Eggon/Ombatse members over their role in the said massacre of security officials and till date the panel hasn't been set up.
Also, Another withdrawal of N500milliion was carried out by state house by a close aide to the governor supposedly to address pressing security issues which were not detailed.
Another anonymous source claims that the Governor had withdrawn over N3billion within a span of four days.
