The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, is said to have shut down Buhari's 35350 SMS platform which was used to raise funds for his campaign.
The director of the Buhari-Osinbajo fund-raising campaign (also governor of Lagos), Babatunde Fashola said this in a Thursday news conference.
Fashola told the conference that President Jonathan had become so desperate he was now trying to thwart their progress with the NCC.
Nigerians were able to donate N100 to Buhari's campaign by sending APC to 35350.
Fashola asked: "why should a commercial transaction be frustrated because of one man’s desire to serve and why should they be shutting down generational platform?”
