The National Economic Council led by Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo was on Thursday told how some revenue generating agencies have been engaging in various financial irregularities.
According to PUNCH reports, some agencies may be in trouble as they were accused of paying salaries above the scale approved by the Revenue Mobilisation Fiscal and Allocation Commission, others were accused of embarking on unapproved foreign trips and conversion of official cars to personal use among others.
They were said to been engaging in the illegal activities for almost a decade.
