According to a NYDaily news report, Nigeria has after a decade of flat growth, enforced new policies to promote manufacturing which have lead to an explosive increase in the last three years hence becoming the fastest growing manufacturing sector in the world.
To buttress this point, it added that Nigeria is a natural gas powerhouse, with the largest proven reserves in Africa and the 9th largest in the world.
Enough new national highways have been paved in recent years to circle half-way around the Earth, it said.
Furthermore, it pointed out that Nollywood – Nigeria’s film industry – is the second largest in the world – producing more movies than the US and Japan, combined.
