New Director General of the Security Exchange Commission, Alhaji Mournir Gwarzo has begun a massive redeployment of top management staff in the commission in a huge restructuring exercise, Thisday reports:
Barely 48 hours after taking over from the former Director General, Securities and Exchange Commission, (SEC), Ms. Arunma Oteh, in acting capacity, Alhaji Mournir Gwarzo has effected a major re-deployment of top management staff to various departments in the commission.
He has also vowed to return the commission to its traditional core values through a rebranding which according to him, would put an end to abuse of rights of its staff.
THISDAY reliably gathered on Wednesday that over 69 personnel had been redeployed to new positions particularly those perceived to have had close links with the former DG.
Some of them are believed to have been redeployed from the headquarters to Lagos and other offices nationwide.
