A prominent Islamic Preacher, Sheikh Abdulaziz Yusfuf in Saminaka, has been abducted by gunmen.
Sheikh Abdulaziz is from Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna state. He is based in Jos, Plateau state.
He is a one time Acting Secretary-General of Jamatu Nasril Islam(JNI), National Headquarters in Kaduna state, North West Nigeria.
Spokesman for the Kaduna Police command, Aliyu Usman who confirmed the incident in Kaduna, says that the police in collaboration with other security agencies are doing everything possible to rescue the cleric and also arrest his abductors.
