Nigeria currently ranks second as top cannabis user in the world, according to The Economist Pocket World in Figures 2015, published by Profile Books.
Italy and New Zealand are first with 16.6 per cent followed by Nigeria with 14.3 while USA is third with 14.
The new study means that Nigeria has a new problem at hand as Nigerian youths are becoming drug addicts.
