#Nigeria and #UnitedKingdom have reviewed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on immigration returns.
Issues that topped the agenda were transfer of sentenced persons, visa on Nigeria and UK services, cooperation on the return of Nigeria nationals remaining unlawfully in UK, cooperation on trafficking and on immigration policies, among others.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Uhomoibhi Martin, who received the UK delegates led by the Director of Compliance, Hugh Ind, said the meeting provided the two countries opportunity to review how well the previous framework review agreement has faired.
