On Tuesday, a federal high court in Abuja granted the federal government its request to re-open it's case against alleged boko haram sponsor, Senator Aliyu Ndume.
According to Punch, MTN and a forensic expert are expected to testify against Ndume. The court gave the Federal Government seven days to file its additional proof of evidence and serve same on the defence.
