Nigerian Ministers on Wednesday offered prayers for the President Muhammadu Buhari, who is attending the Federal executive meeting after 3 months.
Excluding the over 100 days for which he was out of Nigeria for health treatment, the president had missed five consecutive meetings, two of which were cancelled.
The President, is now presiding over the meeting.
