The Nigerian Senate has rejected the nomination of acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibrahim Magu.

Magu's nomination and confirmation as Chairman of was rejected by majority of Senators.

I don't like the senate, but they couldnt have done differently when the same presidency discredits its nominee via DSS? Why didnt Buhari instruct DSS to approve Magu or he doesnt have control over its Agencies?
