The Nigerian Senate today threw out a bill by Senator Remi Tinubu seeking special status and federal grant for Lagos State.

The bill was rejected after failing a voice vote called by Ike Ekweremadu. The bill sought special status for Lagos state in recognition of its socio-economic significance to the country.

she is just doing her job. She is there to represent Lagos and get the most out of the systems. The other senators should take note and do the same for their own states
