In several parts of Lagos, counting is ongoing, with INEC staff using torch lights to aid the process.

Busari, a Lagos reporter for the PUNCH says:
"Residents of VGC were requested to come with flashlight before voting as darkness enveloped the polling centre and INEC officials ‎could not make out the names on the list.

Accreditation started late at Unit 33 at VGC following the late arrival of the officials.
Out of 718 voters accredited, only 170 could cast their votes as of 7:30pm.
APC Vice Presidential candidate Prof. Yemi Osinbajo had yet to vote as at 7:35pm."
