The Nigerian Stock Exchange according to its latest X- compliance report dated 28th May, 2015 has slated companies for delisting/restructuring for various reasons stated against them.
The 30 firms are segmented into three categories - Delisting in process (DIP), Delisting Watchlist; and Restructuring.
TOURIST represents the only company in the DIP group while 19 firms make the delisting watchlist with firms like JOSBREW, DAARCOMM, GOLDLINK and MTECH making the list.
List of firms placed on delisting watchlist:
1. Aluminium Manufacturing Company of Nigeria
2. Mti Plc
3. Beco Petroleum Product Plc
4. Unic Insurance Plc
5. Adswitch Plc
6. Jos International Breweries Plc
7. Stokvis Nigeria Plc
8. Nigerian Sewing Machine Plc
9. G Cappa Plc
10. Goldlink Insurance Plc
11. Golden Guinea Breweries Plc
12. UTC Nigeria Plc
13. IPWA Plc
14. Nigerian Wire & Cable Plc
15. Daar Communications Plc
16. West Africa Glass Industries Plc
17. Mtech Plc
18. Investment and Allied Insurance Plc
19. FTN Cocoa Processors Plc
