Nigeria's Transport Minister Rotimi Amaechi has thrown a jab at Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers state.
According to him, Wike is playing politics with the lives of the Rivers people.
“Wike took an oath to protect lives and property, yet he plays politics with the lives of Rivers people. Sad, very sad,” the Minister wrote on Twitter.
Amaechi, the former Rivers state governor, and his successor Wike have been embroiled in a war of words.
Of late both men have thrown jabs at each other over two helicopters procured during Amaechi's tenure which were seized by the Nigeria Customs.
