Indigenous rapper, Olamide and Etisalat Nigeria have officially parted ways.
Etisalat expressed gratitude to the rapper in an Instagram post on Monday.
“Thank you for an amazing 3 years. It’s been 3 fulfilling years of working with the amazing Olamide Badoo. All of us at Etisalat wish you the best in your future endeavors,” Etisalat wrote on Social network.
Olamide also took to social network to thank Etisalat. “God bless my @etisalatnigeria family for the love and support all through the years. Thanks for believing in me and helping me grow.
The Cable reports that Olamide quit the deal due to the ongoing recession which affected Etisalat's ability to pay him. It is however unclear if he'll sign for another telecommunication company.
