Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prof. Viola Onwuliri, yesterday challenged Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha again, asking him to render account of all the billions of naira he had received from the federation account since he assumed office two and half years ago.
Onwuliri, who addressed journalists at the People Democratic Party, PDP, secretariat in Owerri said it was uncharitable for the governor to accuse the Federal Government of marginalising the state and the entire South-East while billions of naira that accrued to the state from the federation account are being wasted on what she called frivolities.
