Not many incidents have brought Nigerians together like the case of the abducted Chibok school girls. Ever since the story of the abduction broke, Nigerians, irrespective of sex, religion or tribe have joined their voices to those of others from across the globe to demand for the release of the girls.
And while the Federal Government has responded to the call by the Boko Haram for prisoners’ swap for the girls with cold shoulders, mothers across Nigeria have come out to urge the government to, as a matter of urgency, agree to the demands of Boko Haram and ensure that the girls are reunited with their families.
