The Lagos State government has denied claims by the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, that the state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, is in Benin.
According to the state government, although Ambode was the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress’ campaign in the state, he is not in the state.
