A member of the house of representatives, Igariwey Enwo has dragged the Federal government to court over the N700billion bailout approved by President Muhammadu Buhari for states.
According to THE CABLE, Enwo said Buhari violated the constitution by not consulting the national assembly before approving the grant.
Others joined in the lawsuit are accountant general of the federation, ministry of finance, Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) and auditor general of the federation.
